Keep Reading thru the first couple chapters!

The first several chapters are a bit tedious as the author slogs thru
the myriad of awful reasons for you to be thinner. Once the list ends,
the reasons for weight gain, the reasons for overeating are discussed very well and very thoroughly. It's a good read, but it takes a while to get to the interesting and thought provoking information.
