I only started reading the book and it seems to have some good insights into what may be wrong with traditional sales processes. However, a significant amount of the key information appears to be contained in images, charts, and graphs that do not render in the ebook. I only get the red X "missing image" symbol. Major disappointment! If B&N could please repair that, my score would improve significantly!
