Very well written book, could not put this book down til i was finished .. Lisa is guilty and deserves what she got, shes evil and a compulsive liar .. i could tell by reading everything she did and said, thats she lies .. the other two got what was coming to them, the fact that they knew what Lisa was gonna do and not saying anything deserves to be in jail for life .. my heart goes to Laurie .. a senseless act that took a innocent young lady .. im feel so sad for her mom, she stayed so strong for Laurie .... I just finished this book. It was.......different. This book had 3 suspects involved and 2 of them were very hard to believe. Parts of the evidence were very hard to follow. IF in fact that letter from Lisa to her boyfriend was not tampered with, then the mental state of that girl is way off. In my mind I think she commited the murder and the fact that at one point she was released from prison is crazy. She has a way getting to people. I would have here locked away for good with some very serious mental help. The girl's a nut and the boyfriend is right behind her on that. As for the other girl involved, well, she was at the wrong place at the wrong time, with bad company. Out of all 3 she is the only one who really expressed remorse. My heart goes out to the mother of Laure because of all the pain some foolish kids caused. Read it for yourself and you'll see all the drama these kids stur up.

This book is about the savage stalking and brutal murder of Laurie Show, a 16-year old girl from Lancaster PA. The book starts off with the details of the murder, then everything that led up to it. Most of the book covers the 'sensational trial' (as the book calls it). If you know anything about this case (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania V Lambert), you will be shocked by the testimony that was given in court. There was a movie on the USA Network about this very same case, and as I read the book, everything in the movie matched the book, but, there were several things that the movie didn't touch on. I have researched alot on this case, and from what I know, the docmuentaion in the book is very accurate. Nothing is left out. I can almost assure you, that when you've read the whole book, you'll find yourself wondering who actually did it. This is a great book and has great detail. Such great detail in fact, that the book promises '16 Pages of Shocking Photos' (as most Pinnacle True Crime Titles do). This book is a phenomeonal find.
