I love these magnetic bookmarks. Previously I had square ones which I prefer to these smaller triangular ones, because they are easier to grab hold of to remove from the book's pages. But I prefer even these smaller magnetic ones because they don't slip out of books like paper bookmarks. These you slip on to a page and the sides snap together to hold their place on the page. Unlike bookmarks that are metal or some material that have some kind of forked base base that you slip over the top of page and sometimes cause the page to have a small tear these don't damage the page. The only problem with these particular ones is that the magnets are so strong that when I take one off the page and set it on its side on table, it snaps shut. One can turn the page with the magnet attached; I just prefer not to. I solved the problem by attaching it to a small slip of paper. The problem that I had with the last set I had is that after continuous and constant use the bookmarks broke apart at he place where they bend, i.e., the jointure of the 2 sides
