* A conceptual framework and analytical tools illustrated bypractical examples to address issues of value creation and the roleof ownership. Rolf H. Carlsson is a Senior Advisor on issues of businessstrategy, value creation, organisation, and corporate governance.Since the early 1970s he has worked as an international managementconsultant for SIAR and SIAR Bossard, now part of the Cap GeminiErnst Young. Before that he worked in an investment/venture capitalcompany and a commerical bank.

He holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and he is aSenior Research Fellow of Scandinavian Institutes forAdministrative Research, SIAR.
