Come and rest in the presence of God

Life is full of demands. Work, family, church—all the good, yet exhausting things that clamor for your attention. You may wonder: Is this the abundant life Jesus promised?

Oxygen is the perfect guide to help you deepen your walk with Christ. In it, you will discover practices that will help you develop your relationship with the One who loves you the most. These simple, time-tested practices have been part of the Christian tradition for centuries. Oxygen shows you how to put them to work in your life and faith. You'll learn

• how to journal and pray

• how to listen to what God is saying to you

Through the exercises in this book, you'll be abundantly equipped to calmly and capably meet the demands of life. But it all starts when you learn to breathe. Come and explore how!

    A reviewer

This book is easy to read, so you can move through the daily readings without brain strain and the little exercises are good ways to force yourself to slow down, relax your shoulders and breath in what God wants to say. I found it very useful and a good gift book.
