I have always loved the Wizard of Oz, and my oldest grandchildren(11,12 and 13) do too. I knew we would go see the movie when It came out so I wanted to read the book first. Especially since my grandson likes to ask lots if questions during a movie, so I wanted to know the storyline! I was surprised that the book was only about 97 pages, and the movie was directly from the book. It really was like seeing the book alive on the screen. We enjoyed the movie. The book being only 97 pages it was a quick read.

Okay people, heres the deal with this book. Its ( in my eyes) meant for younger readers. Its short. But, i went and saw the movie,...and its AMAZING!!!! :) And i will tell you why Thedora didnt make up with Oz. ITS A BIG DETAIL FROM THE ORIGINAL!! DUH! In the original of course the wicked witch just drop everything that just happened, and become besties with Dorthy!. And no to that one reviewer, the book, nor the movie are the original. Okay well thats it for today people! Remember youll always see my review posts and random post on the newest and latest books and movies! Bye! - BN lover reporter!

I read the book first and saw the movie on july third of twenty fourten but i think the movie was better. Boh were great but the movie was even more awesome! Only complaint: Oz had to say the other word for darn and dang. You know... d**n. Otherwise: AMAZING! I LOVE YOU THEODORA AD OZ AND FINELY AND CHINA GIRL AND KNUCK AND GLINDA! YOU ALL RULE!
