    Go running with this CD.

This is a fun, energetic mix of songs that is fantastic to exercise to. If you ever wondered if music can really motivate you, put this CD on and see how it keeps you going. Also great for driving or your personal soundtrack while you're food shopping with your headphones on. It's a blast.
