About the Author

Susan Levine is a wildlife enthusiast, and has travelled extensively to learn and study endangered species. After the birth of her two children, Susan focused her energy on being a Brownie and Cub Scout leader, volunteering at the Childhood League Center, a pre-school for children with special needs, and serving as an enrichment specialist at her children�s school. It was in this role that she indentified the need for a children�s book about the city of Columbus. Erin Burchwell was born and reared in South Carolina where she graduated with a B.S. degree in Dramatic Production Education and a minor in Art. She married a Buckeye and moved to Ohio in 2003 where she has been actively involved in the fine arts community ever since. She serves on various fundraising committees for art and children�s museums around Columbus.
