I just finished reading the first Pain Free book and was hungry for more information and menus. This book was a waste of time to read as it caters to a different clientele and doesn't really dwelve into the e-cises very much at all in comparison to the first book. It spends way too much time talking about pessimism and how to get in touch with your feelings.

Great book. Getting older with more aches & pains and knowing the reasons why seem so simple after reading this book. I did the exercises for older women and I was actually sore. They don't seem very hard just looking at the pics but the ankle circles make you realize how much your body is out of alignment. Buy it, read it and as they say just do it!
