In my Nook version of this cookbook, The Chocolate madeline recipe has absolutely No chocolate or cocoa listed in the recipe. Vanilla ice cream recipe is just confusing, I understand whisking the egg yolks and tempering them with the heated milk, but then telling us to add it to the heated milk again, what does That mean? And why list 2 eggs in the ingredients when you're only using the yolks? It's not worth the effort to list all the errors.
This cookbook wasn't proofread enough, and reminds me of a amateur's attempt to produce a book. Don't bother buying it.
