Pretty good, but they missed the mark by not including pictures. Cookbooks should have pictures, especially ones that are trying to 'convince' you that a particular way of eating is better than others.

Many of the recipes in this book are either duplicates of those in the Paleo Diet Book or require such obscure ingrediants as to make it not possible to follow if on a budget. Skip this one and just google for recipes. There is so much out there on the internet that the recipes in this book are lagging.

I agree with the other review that they missed the mark by not including photos. The other thing is that there were contradictions such as in the do's and don't of the Paleo Diet the authors said to ONLY eat chicken breasts, however there were receipes which included thighs, legs and wings. One last thing was the mention of the animals and words like slaughter was a turn off. I know that we need information and education on issues, but it's the way it is presented that makes a difference. I have lost weight and the purpose of the book is achieving the goal. I will continue to refer back to it and use some of their recipes.I saw them both on the Dr.Oz show and I am glad I did.
