Why are you calling this book "Paleo diet recipe" ? It has nothing to do with paleo. In recipes you recommend - all purpose flour, butter, whole milk, wheat bran, oats, whole wheat flour. Why? I give only 1 star.

Great book.Worth the money. Easy read and hope she make more books on Paleo Diets.
