This might be a good book for a person who is curious about a paleo diet and doesn't want to spend a lot of money to find out the basic info. BUT, I was disappointed in it because it was SO basic. I would recommend that you buy--or borrow from your library--Robb Wolf's book, THE PALEO SOLUTION. The Robb Wolf book goes into detail about why this diet is so beneficial to people and includes info about all the diseases that actually can be eradicated. I read it, follow the diet and am OFF 3 diabetes medications for almost 10 months now!
Way to basic for me. Im on the paleo diet and always doing research and thisndidnt really give me information.
