This is an awesome book with complete lists of foods to eat and avoid, including recipes and suggestions for daily menus. Applying the techniques in the book aided me in losing 20lbs in the first month.

This book just controdicts itself a lot. It has some good information but i would recommend finding a different book for what to eat and what not to eat
