Being on the paleo diet makes me feel so healthy. I think it's because of the fact that I know that I am eating nutritious food. With the help of this kindle cook book, I am guided with the daily meals that I eat. I feel really happy to be sure that I am eating Paleolithic breakfasts all the time. And my favorite part about it is that they are all a delight! I think that I will never grow tired of these meals.
