    Great book with unique recipes

In preparing for a road trip this fall I used several recipes out of the book, including lettuce wraps, egg muffins, and coconut crepes. They all tasted great! Although I disagree with some of the materials presented in the front of the book, the recipes are worth it. The author presents some unique twists to lettuce wraps that stand out.
