I never buy cook books that require lots of ingredients for the recipes because I know they will never get made. This cook book keeps things simple which is just how I like it. The pictures also make your mouth water!

Cindy Sexton's brand new book is an incredible resource. If you are brand new to Paleo or been following it for awhile, then you know that it can be time consuming to cook meals from scratch every day. Cindy's new book, makes it easy to whip up HEALTHY homemade meals without skimping on flavor. Guess what? With less ingredients, comes a smaller grocery bill. Another pain point for many paleo eaters. This book will save you time, money and keep you belly full, healthy and happy! I highly recommend it.
