Overview

A terminally ill Labrador eats a plant, and miraculously recovers; a pharmaceutical company tests the plant's properties, and discovers the panacea for AIDS. So why would anyone want to sabotage it all?

This isn't going to be an easy ride for charismatic Max Hunter, owner of Madison Pharma, the company with a marketing authorization for the wonder drug Fexhiva, for Max is soon the target for revenge by Michel Chevalier and Guido Russo, counterfeiters, and members of the infamous Italian Bardoni Masonic Lodge.

When Max disappears, efforts are made by his father Piers and the police to find him. However, in so doing, the complexities of the pharmaceutical labyrinth, and the loyalty of the lodge members, reveal a more sinister picture.

Well I found this book covered such an interesting topic, that of finding a cure for AIDS and also the fact that it was a mystery.

I particularly liked the writing style, and the character of Max Hunter, plus the involvement of the Itgalian Masonic Lodge. The denoucement was quite unexpected. Yes, I would certainly recommend ths book to all ages.
