Where was this helpful guide when I experienced my first anxiety attack over 14 years ago? These attacks eventually led to agoraphobia. This disorder was not well known or even talked about in the community. After many doctor visits, tests and money, I did receive a clean bill of health but the attacks still came. I found out how to overcome my attacks through trial and error utilizing many of the steps that Linda talks about in her book. Maybe if this book was available then, I would have saved myself a lot of time in my recovery process. I totally recommend this as a helpful tool for anyone who suffers from anxiety attacks or knows someone who does. The book is clear, concise and very easy to read.Was this review helpful?
