    Amazing!!!

    This is book is so great! Wow! Some cutting edge flavor ideas, so appealing. I made two different panna cotta recipes for a dinner party last night: Cardamom panna cotta with pistachio praline Sauce for the adults and PB & J panna cotta for the kids. Everyone flipped! The cardamom panna cotta was SO sophisticated and absolutely delicious. But about half of the adults ate BOTH panna cotta, scarfing up the leftover PB & J panna cotta, too (the kids LOVED the PB & J, even though the custards were really quite sophisticated--the panna cotta was a delicate peanut butter, brown sugar & vanilla custard with a super easy, but very delicious berry compote accompaniment--YUM!). Oh, and did I mention the recipes were both SUPER EASY!!!You will not be disappointed.
