Overview

"The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" has rightfully been judged 2011's Game of the Year by numerous publications. Not only is Skyrim a breathtaking gaming experience, it is also a huge open world you can explore with a gaming system that allows you to be anything you want to be. How do you get a handle on everything the game has to offer? You read PapaGamer's Unofficial Skyrim Strategy Guide.

Having written strategy guides for video games for that past eight years, Barry Scott Will—aka PapaGamer—has an extensive knowledge of game mechanics and a great ability to convey those mechanics to others. Six years ago, Will's unofficial guide to "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" made a splash across the Internet. With over three million downloads, people around the world turned to PapaGamer's guide to help them navigate the huge, open world of an Elder Scrolls game.

Now, Barry Scott Will is back with an even bigger guide for an even bigger game. PapaGamer's Unofficial guide takes you step-by-step through all the major quests in the game. You'll find out how to build a character to be more competitive with the deadlier creatures in the game. You'll learn how to use the crafting abilities to create a superhero worthy of the name, "Dragonborn." All in an easy-to-read format in Will's signature style.

Here are just a few of the comments from satisfied readers of PapaGamer's "Oblivion" strategy guide:

"Frankly, your guides are far above anything I have ever seen, free or published. Detailed, layman terms, and neatly organized."

"Your work is excellent! I normally don't purchase strategy guides, but your's are wonderful."

"I read your Elder Scrolls IV guide and absolutely loved it. The layout is clear and easy to navigate and the guide itself is very well-written. Any information I could ask for regarding Oblivion is there. Excellent work."

This book is essential for anyone who needs a little extra help when it comes to their gameplay in Skyrim. Even though most of the facts and tips that are found in this book can also be found online, (which is the only reason this book received a 4 and not a 5 from me) I found it extremly helpful to have all the info I needed in one place. That way I didnt have to rummage through the blackhole of what we call internet. Overall this book provided helpful insight and useful, even though easily found for free online, knowledge.

KHAJIIT CARAVAN GLITCH Fast travel to dawnstar, or take the carriage. When you arrive, turn right. Go all the way to the Iron-Breaker Mine and there should be three rocks. On(In?) the rock closest to the mountain, look closely as it will say "Search Chest." This is the chest for the khajiit that travel around Skyrim. It does not matter where they are, but their loot will be here. SKYFORGE LOOT Go to Whiterun, turn right at the city gate, then you will see a barrel. Jump on the barrel(try to be on the edge away from te wall) then jump towards the city gate. You should eventually slip through. Now, run to dragonsreach through the east side of the wall. Stay near the wall, or otherwise the game will crash. Keep going till you see a giant rock. Go to the wall on the north side, and it will have an invisible platform you can walk across. Go through the rock, clinging to the wall. You should submerge under the skyforge. Jump to the chest, take what you want, then fast travel out.

Do you really need some book about how to play video game? What's wrong with our generation? Skyrim is a modern game, which helps player with everything and even gives some hints! This is not a hardcore game as Zelda or Dark Souls. Everything you need to know is in a game. Just travel and explore this beatiful world. Skyrim will teach you everything you need! So why there's a lot of guides that promise to teach you HOW TO PLAY VIDEO GAME!!?? I don't get it.

He was runninging toward the gate when the dragon came. He was being chased by thugs and was just trying to get into Whiterun for safety. Alduin settled on the wall just above the doors. Several arrows went into the beast. He ran inside, trying to get to his wife. When he came home he comforted here, telling her that he would protect her. For he is the dragonborn. He told her that he had faced many dragurs, skeletons, and mudcrabs also other beasts. He had destroyed a dragon on his own at Dragon Bridge and one with guards with him. She said that if she dies, that she loves him. She said that if he dies, she will never love another.
