Paid $13 to have this one book sent to me in New Zealand and I still have not received it after one month. Barnes & Noble told me to wait another two weeks. My husband also ordered a book (a separate order) and he hasn't gotten his either. I get packages from the US all the time (that is, from other vendors). They generally arrive within 5 days to two weeks. This is poor service.
