Great information but i have been studying for four years on bugdies and some information is false but it gives kids a chance to learn about pet budgies and the australian bush budgie.

Thinking of getting a parakeet? Give this book a good once over. It is packed with helpful information and was genuinely surprised about things I read. It sealed the deal for me and now I am the proud owner of my own little flock. It covers a bit on everything From health to food to play toys. At less than 100 pages its a quick read. On a side note if you do intend to get a Parakeet when you buy their cage get it as big as you can afford they really do use up the space. Ciao and GL
