I have been teaching for thirty years and wanted to find a new approach for working with challenging situations. Many of the ideas are very useful in this book. I have been using many of these techniques for years. As educators it can prove to be very helpful to have a good working relationship with your parents, remembering that it is not always as easy as it sounds to get parents on board.
