Gayler, a well-known London chef, has a talent for devising imaginative, delicious, and generally uncomplicated recipes. Focusing on one vegetable this time, he's come up with a diverse collection of dishes ranging from Grilled Potato and Fennel Ni oise to Saut ed Potatoes with Crisp Artichokes and Wilted Arugula to Potato, Zucchini, and Shrimp Spiedini with Mustard-Smoked Paprika Mayo.
