    Short but sweet

Occasionally, I enjoy reading a good western romance - and Madeline Baker is usually a very good romance writer. Surprisingly, this story was short. It was only about 200 pages long. It started off well (the characters were very likeable and the details interesting), but then midway through the story it seemed to suddenly rush through the scenes towards the end. I was very disappointed with how quickly it was finished. It seems as though the author became bored with her own story...
