The opening DeKnight saga is a super erotic tale

Neither Erin nor Dominic DeKnight coped with the death of their son Jay. They failed to find comfort with one another though she admits to herself that he helps her through the long night, and compounded the tragedy with guilt and silent accusations. Their marriage appears heading towards a collapse as he has gone on with their business while she neglects it as she struggles to get through the holidays.

The couple attends the Pri Trade show when he decides afterward it is time for his beloved Erin and himself to rejoin the living as a couple as he knows Jay would want nothing less than that for his parents. He bullies her into attending a wild party with him where Erin and Dominic begin exploring their sex fantasies. However, as they enjoy their trysts, someone is stealing their business secrets.

The opening DeKnight saga is a super erotic tale starring two loving people whose world shattered when their son died. The story line showcases Jasmine Haynes' skills as her lead couple struggle with grief in their personal lives and an economic spy in their professional lives. Fans will root for the pair as each begins to emotionally heal to the point where they enjoy a ménage a trois.

Ms. Haynes is the Nicolas Sparks of the Erotic/Rom world. Like Sparks novel, she pulled me in a roller coaster ride full of emotions but Ms. Haynes story is with shi t loads of erotica.

Dominic and Erin lost their son Jay about a year ago and had not recovered since. In fact, not only that their marriage had fallen apart, their company (DeKnight Guages) has a big problem that is driving them further apart. Sad to say that both Dominic and Erin have become so distant that the only way they show emotions is through their “Past Midnight” rendezvous. As anyone would know, that is just not enough in a relationship. Especially with a recent loss, marital or other form of support is probably the most important factor of healing.

In an attempt to save his marriage, Dominic will do anything and everything including going beyond his sexual boundaries. He is determine to shock the hell out of Erin by exploring his and her deepest fantasy. And way to go Dominic! Your tactics worked even for me but that's a whole different story. ;).

I love Dominic and Erin’s story. Their situations are very realistic; from business problems, social issues, marital issues to death of a loved one.

Ms. Haynes did a wonderful job reminding me that life is anything but perfect and marriage is hard work. This may be TMI but da mn, I got some ideas about exploring. This book is full of extremely hot scenes that include voy eurism, three somes, exhib itionist and some bondage.

I have to note that I went about this series the wrong way. I first read Principal’s Office (which I loved), knowing it was book 3. I could beat myself for doing that and for waiting so long to get to this book. This one I would recommend for this summer’s hot and heartfelt read.

    Unable to finished!

This was my first book by this author and I was very disappointed. I felt that the characters were very difficult to get into and excruciating start up. I wish Barnes and noble had refund like Amazon.

    Not a bad read.

This book was a mixed bag. There is a painful story in progress when you first start. Then you get in to the more erotic scenes that occur from desperation to deal with the pain. So on one hand you may be intrigued by the sexual scenes, but on the other, you aren't over-eager to keep turning the pages to read about such deep sadness going on. I'm not a professional writer, reviews are just one person's opinion and it's going to depend on what the reader is in to, or looking for in a good read.
