Patient Tracker is a fully functional charting application that provides clinicians with a multitude of mobile, timesaving features. Take your patient information with you when you travel between your office, the hospital, or your patients’ nursing home. Patient Tracker enables you to add, delete, edit, view and manage patient and a variety of information on the fly. In addition, user- friendly documentation features minimize the note creation process, enabling clinicians to get the most out of their time.

Even though it is not required, the Desktop version of Patient Tracker adds the ability to synchronize your patient information with a full EMR application. It also provides a backup of your data in case something happens to your NOOK by Barnes and Noble.

Version 1.6 fixes some small bugs.

    GREAT APP FOR CLINICIANS!

    Obviously those writing the bad reviews have never had need, or even reason to use an app such as this. It's not a game. This is great for Clinicians, Paramedics or those needing a patient tracking or treatment system which allows security for HPPA.

    Yes

    This app is great for someone that sees many patients and likes to chart their progress. I wish it was a slight bit cheaper, but very high quality and is worth it.

    I would buy...

    This is a very useful tool for those that it is designed for, real doctors, or people that have a cliental system. I would definatly buy it for myself.

    Wow!

    I really wish that it only allowed you to comment if you have purchesed the app. I think that you people have know right to critisize things that you have not even tried. This app is for doctors anyway and more particuarly the ones that can affored it.

    Great app!!

    For the ppl who complain about the cost, look online for comparible apps and notice that they're all expensive. This app may even be quite cheaper. Also, I doubt those who complain even need this app anyway, so you don't have to worry about having to purchase it :) Like I said in the headline, Great app!!

    I am a doctor

    With no actual signs of privacy or security from hackers on the nook... keeping patients records on it... not a good idea. And yes, $100 for any ap is insane. I encourage people to keep complaining about the price so that nook realizes that this won't be tolerated. And those scolding them, shut it. If it bothers you so much, buy the ap to prove a point.

    Understand what this is...

    For all those complaining about the price obviously don't know what this can do for doctors. Having something capable of this App is usually worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Don't post if you don't know what you are talking about.

    Woah!

    $99 ... professional... finish the free trial details

    Whoever made the app should probably fix the app description... the free trial details our still unchanged from a template... and if the review on the $2000 pc program necessary ... that should be more upfront

    Wound Care Nurse Cleveland Ohio

    This App is absolutely my best friend on the unit. I work in a nursing home that is not computerized and this app allows me to keep going from resdient to resident with having to stop to document. I can keep track of my resident's labs, xrays, and noted accurately and document everything at one time. It allows you to talk to doctors, clinic family with all info right at your fingertips.
