This is the only book you would ever need to BBQ. I have used all forms of cooking,bbq,grilling books. An this one puts them all to shame.
Most books have a few recipes to try an whole lot of story's that for the most part bore me too tears.
This books gets into the meat of bbqing an takes off from there. There are a couple of problems with the book. Hate to say it.
1. Have to make up my mind on which recipe to use. Love them all.
2. The pages should be made of stain free material. I have Slather an rubs on a quite a few of them.
That is really the only problem with them.
Now please excuse me as I have 4 racks of ribs on an need to use the Bloody mary mop sauce!!
Oh one thought. I do not recommend this book to anyone on a weight loss program

THIS IS THE BEST !!! before i bought this i checked up on this guy. he has the credentials to back it up. very educational and easy to understand.much better than Dr. BBQ!!! after reading and using the recipies. i took his class and am now competing occasionally. i have won one some ribbons. gerat book, great teacher!!!!!Was this review helpful?
