    Great Book

    This book has given me hope where mindlessly searching through the internet has not. While I look on the internet to find devestating stats about PCOS, this book has a part by part game plan to overcome PCOS. The most helpful thing for me was the Pregnancy stats, SO encouraging! I would recommend this book to anyone with PCOS!!!

    PCOS info

    The book really breaks things down well. it starts by introducing you to the condition as well as giving you the foundation you need to fully understand the latter chapters and get a firm grasp on the information presented so it may be applied in one's own life. I would definatley reccomend it to anyone else with the condition.

    A solid resource...

    I have found this book to be very informative and easy to understand. The information in it has helped me become more prepared & aware of how to deal with getting pregnant and my PCOS.
