Want to know how to overcome PCOS and get positive health & weight loss benefits for good?

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the leading causes of infertility. The rate of women being diagnosed with this disorder is between 5-10 percent. If you are having the following symptoms, PCOS may be to blame.

- Irregular ovulation with or without a monthly period
- A relative lack of menstrual periods or irregular monthly periods
- Acne
- Hyper hair growth on the face and body
- Thinning scalp hair
- Many unruptured follicles on the ovaries, misdiagnosed as cysts
- Having trouble losing weight

In "PCOS No More", you will learn everything you need to know about PCOS - its causes, symptoms, and the complications & health risks that come with PCOS. Most conventional PCOS treatments, unfortunately, only focus on covering up symptoms instead of removing the underlying issues. I went looking for information on PCOS because my sister was recently diagnosed with this disease. Before that, I don’t think I had ever even heard of the condition much less anything about it. Am I ever glad I stumbled across this book! It seems like it was written just for me – someone totally ignorant of the condition and it’s problems. It is very easy to read and understand and really explains the problems and treatment in simple terms. The information is so useful, it even has some lesser known facts that my sister hadn’t learned yet in all her own research into the disease. She and I are grateful to have found such down-to-earth advice to use while learning how to manage this lifelong issue.

This book has a very thorough explanation of indicators of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and steps to take to potentially improve symptoms. The author explained the syndrome in simple terms so it was understandable for me, as well as the imaging studies often used for diagnosis and other conditions that mimic PCOS. I especially enjoyed the chapters on fertility issues, weight management and lifestyle changes, and drug-free approaches to dealing with those issues. The recipes included are nutritious and low on glycemic load to help address insulin resistance. A great read for patients new to PCOS!

If you are not very familiar with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) then this book is definitely for you. I found this book to be incredibly helpful. It is full of valuable information as well as provided helpful steps that can help improve the symptoms of PCOS. I applaud the author for describing PCOS in terms that is easy to understand – which is very beneficial for the average reader looking to learn about this syndrome. I liked how it not only told you about PCOS and the symptoms but it provided alternative natural treatments and meals that may be beneficial to those who suffer with PCOS.

This book is quite informative and gives you a great deal of information about PCOS, which is polycystic ovarian syndrome. The book contains a definition of the syndrome, the possible causes, the symptoms, diagnosis, treatments, and much more. There is additional information on natural treatments, meals, including about a dozen recipes that may be beneficial to you, and tips on simple ways that you may be able to lose weight to help this condition if you are suffering from it. I have two nieces that have been diagnosed with PCOS. They have had it for years. Even though they both have a child my one niece has had no luck conceiving another child. Her doctor never even suggested it might be the PCOS. I bought this book so I could better understand PCOS and maybe help her.

The book is easy to read without a lot of medical terminology that would make it hard to understand. The book really went in-depth on the infertility issues associated with PCOS. I believe it will help my niece. I now have a better understanding of it and my niece can use this as a guideline when talking with her doctor. The book also has many suggestions on treating the PCOS with diet and exercise.
