While this book may be excellent for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, medical students, and others working in the healthcare industry, it may be too technical and detailed for use by people looking for simple, straightforward information on vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional supplements. An easier book for non-healthcare professionals trying to find good vitamin, mineral, and supplement information would be the "Doctor's Vitamin And Mineral Encyclopedia", by the same author, Sheldon Saul Hindler, unfortunately I don't believe it's in print anymore, but good used copies always seem to be available.
