Meet the Author

LeeAnn Piermont Camut graduated from Rosemont College with a bachelor's degree in psychology and from the University of Pennsylvania with a master's in social work. She was employed for a short time as a preschool teacher and as a psychotherapist/social worker after graduation. She is the Founder/Executive Director of Be the Light of the Party Foundation (www.giveparties.org), a newly formed non-profit organization that sponsors parties for the homeless and other disadvantaged groups in the United States and England. This is LeeAnn's first book, although she has been writing poems and short stories since the age of nine. In her spare time, LeeAnn savors the art of cooking and recipe writing. Her recipes have been published in magazines including Better Homes and Gardens, Cooking Light, and Delicious Living. She lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
