    A must have for young children!

    I got this book for my 1 1/2 year old a year ago. It quickly became one of his favorite books. Now, my other son (who is 1) loves this book as well and picks it regularly for me to read to him at night. I now get this as a baby shower gift to go along with a blanket & pair of PJ's so other families can enjoy it at bedtime too. It is a simple book, but my children love the interaction and seeing themselves at the end.

    Fun book for baby

    This is a pretty decent book for a young baby. My 7 month old enjoys touching the fuzzy hair on each page, but I was a little disappointed that each page has the exact same 'fur' type but in different colors. What makes this book worthwhile is that each page flaps open to reveal who is Peek a Boo-ing, and one page has a mouse that you push and it makes a squeeky noise. Also the last page has a mirror so that is fun too.

    One of My Granddaughter's Favorites

    I love to give a basketful of books for baby shower gifts and this is one of the books that is always included. My granddaughter likes the characters and loves to be nuzzled and kissed after each page. Of course, she likes looking at herself in the mirror on the last page of the book. Now that she is two years old, I find her taking the book from the shelf and reading it to herself. This is a must have book for any toddler's library!

    It even squeaks!

    I thought this book was really cute from the first time I saw it, the faces on the animals are adorable. My 20-month old son agrees with me because it is one of his favorite bedtime books. There is a fluffy or fuzzy animal behind each page, and the mouse even squeaks! My child loves that. The last page has a mirror so that your little one can play peekaboo with him/herself!

    My 15 month old loves this book

    My daughter loves to lift the flap and play "peekaboo" with the characters underneath. She loves to poke the squeaky mouse, and drags this book all over the house to read. It has stood up well to toddler handling and is short enough to keep her attention.

    There she is!

    This story was my daughter's favorite. She was read this story when she was born in 2002 and it grew with her. Now we have another baby (18months old) and it's her favorite. She can't get enough of it. She will literally cry until you read it to her again. The book has been so loved we need to purchase another!

    Great book for any child's library and makes a great gift!

    Wonderful book highly recommend! Bright and bold colors for younger children who love the interaction of touching the animal's fur in the book. They love the suprise at the end seeing themselves. A must for the family library.

    Love it!

    Our daughter loves this interactive book. She turns the pages, opens the flaps, pets the soft fur, and plays peek-a-boo with the animals. She loves the squeaky mouse. Love it!

    Great book for early readers and preschool

    Both of my daughters like this book. With the material it gives them something to touch and learn about how each animal has a different type of fur. This has helped my oldest to start to read to her sister. It is a very good book when it comes to starting to read because it is very easy to read.

    My Daughter Adores This Book!!

    I bought this for my 17 month old daughter and it has turned out to be her favorite! She absolutely adores it! She gets so excited to sqeak the mouse! And to flip the flaps!! Its so cute!! A definte buy for any parents who lieks to interact with their child while reading!

    Fun for Young Readers!

    This simple book is fun and interesting for my one-year-old daughter! My only complaint is that I wish the pages were a little thicker so that they did not bend when she handles the book. Other than that, I would highly recommend this for even the youngest readers!
