    Highly Recommended

I bought a number of books on landscape drawing. I was able to toss most of them away once I had this book. The demostrations are clear, the drawings are good, and all the basics you need are here. The one I did still keep, and you may want as an auxilary is Cole's Anatomy of Trees. It is a very dated text, but still has a lot of information I have not seen elsewhere. Good luck!
