Overview

Welcome to the world of People Pendants!
People pendants use an assortment of mediums and materials gathered from hardware and craft stores to toy chests and garage sales and from just plain stuff
I had around the studio. I believe strongly in trying to be environmentally responsible so have given options on many of the supplies. Most of us have odds and ends around just waiting to be put to use; here is your chance to dig them out.
The instructions assume you have basic wire working and crafting skills such as rubber stamping, decoupaging, basic crochet and creating wrapped wire loops. These are the most complicated skills you will need to create these pendants.
All tools are basic too aside from an eyeglass repair screwdriver for the micro fasteners. If you have a small screw driver that works, hurrah! If not kits of tiny screw drivers are available at most drugstores for a couple dollars.

This author has a sense of very playful creativity. Combining found objects is a difficult task but with the help of this book you will have your friends all asking for a lesson. Imagine wearing your creative family to our next club meeting. You can make gifts repurposing things in your craft area and everyone will love to receive one.

These pendants are all little works of art and seeing how the author has taken bits of this and that and made such interesting pieces is exciting. The photos are clear and very helpful and the author writes good instructions while at the same time giving the reader lots of inspiration to make their own original people pendants.
