Conservation of plant resources is often focused on seed banks and botanical gardens. John Tuxill is part of the joint Program in Economic Botany of the New York Botanical Garden and Yale University. He is also a Research Fellow with the Worldwatch Institute. Gary Paul Nabhan is Director of the Center for Sustainable Environments at Northern Arizona University. Elizabeth Drexler is Associate Professor of Anthropology at Michigan State University. Michael Hathaway is Associate Professor of Anthropology at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
