Wife loves the magazine.
However, the digital version is more expensive than the printed version. That said, the digital version *IS* more interactive (videos, and other things like with Second Look, image shows both pictures, then, you hit TAP HERE FOR ANSWERS, and it puts little circles around the changes - very nifty!) and contains no ads, as far as I have seen.
So anyway, I just subscribed to the printed version, with the 16 free issues, and received the email with the account number information from People.
Then, I subscribed to the electronic version here for 14 day free trial. Then got an email from B&N with the link to link my B&N People eMagazine version with my printed version.
I entered the information and it worked. Don't use spaces with your account information, and use IDENTICAL data (ie full zip code - I just cut and pasted everything, and took out spaces from People printed subscription account number) from the printed People Magazine subscription email on the B&N page to link the account.
Works out to about "$87 a year vice $120 a year" here ($112.00ish for 70 printed issues - that's like a year and 4 months) - plus this electronic subscription is FREE for as long as you have the printed... so, best of both worlds - printed AND electronic for less than $90 a year.

When I first got my NOOK as a present from my husband, we were both bummed that I couldn't get my favorite magazine PEOPLE on it. So after almost a year of waiting and it finally arrived with an update on the NOOK, I was already pretty excited. But it was well worth the wait! I love the interactive pages, and having subscribed to a magazine before on the NOOK, I was please to see that all of the articles were easy to read (not needing to select the read article option for a separate pop out). The scrolling features are a bit touchy (I brought up the magazine page menu on the bottom lots of times) but other than that it's great! Keep the great things coming NOOK!

This title requires NOOK Color and must have software version 1.3. Updating is easy and only takes a few minutes. Please see the 'Note' section on the People magazine page for instructions on how to install version 1.3.

I love having this subscription to my nook color. This magazine comes to my nook each week without fail and on time with exception to the New Year, it seems they skip a week for whatever reason.
My other requirement for this subscription is that I ONLY get this ONLINE and not in PAPER copy. I am all about saving our trees but still being able to enjoy our best magazines and books.
Keep up the good work People Mag.
Sincerely,
Carolyn L.

This magazine will not open on an Android Tablet. One of the most popular magazines on the market and they did not make it compatible. They are losing alot of buisness.

I love reading People Magazine on my Nook Color! There are extra photos and links to read more recent online content. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the crossword puzzle is missing. I thought that would be something that they figure out how to include but not yet anyway.
