Perfect 800 is the best SAT Prep book on the market.
I am a junior who is taking the SAT in May. I have been studying hard for the exam in the last two years and have tried all of the prep books from College Board to Kaplan to Barron's to Princeton Review. However, this book definitely takes the gold for being the best study tool for the SAT. There are tons of math problems that are slightly harder, but have a similar format to the ones on the SAT. This allows me to do better on the College Board practice SATs because the math problems seem slightly easier thanks to this book. Moreover, I find the 1-5 difficulty rating for each problem to be very convenient because I can see what level I need to improve on. Also, the mind games included in this book are a great reinforcement of the math concepts that are found in the SAT. The games are challenging, but emphasize comprehension and analytical thinking skills that are vital to one's success on the exam. Also, the book comes with a free full online PSAT and SAT exam that you can take on a website. These online tests are accurate versions of the real exams and give an extremely helpful and comprehensive report of your scores.
After studying with this book for the last few months, I am confident that I can get an 800 on the math portion of the SAT. I recommend this book to anyone who is serious about doing well on the SAT exam.

Have you ever seen those Planet Fitness commercials where an Average Joe walks into a gym and is surrounded by over zealous body builders? The commercial goes on to explain that at Planet Fitness there is no intimidation factor. Perfect 800 is just like Planet Fitness - no intimidation.
Dr. Celenti’s novel approach at conquering SAT Math is perfect for students of all skill levels. Students who excel in math will find that Dr. Celenti’s tips and suggestions are all they need to get to an 800. Students who struggle with math will find immediate comfort and a feeling of relaxation in this book. Every possible term and idea that could sneak its way into the Math Section is presented, defined, exemplified, and then practiced.
All of the practice problems, more than 250, include analytical and thorough explanations with answers that leave the student feeling confident and ready to tackle the next problem. The conversational style of the solutions makes the student feel at ease, unlike most SAT prep books. This book is ideal for any student, easy to manage and undoubtedly necessary.
