A heart-warming, sultry experience, of a modern cowboy romance. Angel Morrison is a down-home country girl who has been given the heart wrenching task of looking for the replacement for her boss, Randy, who has been like a dad to her all her life. Randy’s recent heart attack brought new meaning to everyone’s life at the ranch. However, mostly for Angel whose only true dream is to marry the perfect cowboy, settle down, and start a family. The last thing she planned was to find a man like Colton Smith: a man, who still lived by the cowboy code, was easy on the eyes and tugged at her heart. Things heat up with Angel being the one to train him to do his job, however, he does not know whether to be mad as heck or turn the heat up. The complications get worse while having her as his only ally and learning that Angel was offered his job and is well trained for it. This causes one cowboy to take all his animosity out on his sweet Angel. It’s not long before he realizes the best thing that ever happened to him just galloped away at a race horses. Can this cowboy win Angel's heart back?

Some days when I sit down to write up a story that is tickling my muse, I write for my own personal journey, however I have learned a thing or two from many others out there. I have discovered the pleasure in writing brings a writer goes both ways. A feeling, like the calm of a quiet evening, the glass of wine at the end of the night, the smell of rain after a thunderstorm, the illusion of pleasure on a crowded plane can be experienced in both reading enjoyable books and writing them. I like to think that reading is a road that must always be traveled upon, writing is the journey that one must share, and the imagination is the higher power that makes it all feel real. The writer can put together the words to make it right, but the reader must use their imagination to make it all happen inside their head as they read it. Encourage the imagination and tenacity it takes to be a writer by supporting the art.
