While researching the history of coffee roasting, coffee houses in hopes of owning a coffee house, we found this book, tho released in 1991, very complete for it's size. Includes how to do the tasting of coffee (cupping) and reviews well known businesses from New York to Anchorage to give you an idea of what works. Was this review helpful?
