    Seven Years of Hell

How Colleen survived physically and mentally all those years in nightmare conditions is incrediable... But the fact she has adjusted so well back into society, overcome her past and moved on with life is Amazing. I believe her trust, faith and Love of God is what got her through the past and not let her fall victim to this evil man Cameron Hooker. Overall this was an ok read but at times slow reading, lots of trial and courtroom coverage gets repetative! Would I read it again, no. Would I recommend this, depends on your interest of Colleens story or love of court room drama.

This is a very intense book showing the crime and following court case. Very involved story with good arguments on both sides. If the book had not included the actual story and only the court case, I would say the defense did a great job fighting it. However, knowing the truth made all that moot.

Insight into the issue of thumbing a ride from strangers. Chilling, but an important truth to be available for all to read and learn from.

    Great Read!!

Not for the lighthearted. Very intense in some chapters and some chapters very difficult to get thru. I really enjoyed it though and it's amazing how the spirit can overcome such horror and still survive. Though I don't like the pain and suffering of these types of books I really enjoy seeing someone come thru it all and survive it.
