This book made more sense regarding weight loss than anything else I have ever read, and believe me, I have read all of them. I love everything that Chopra has written.

Try a kinder, gentler approach. Just learning to eat when you are hungry and stopping when you are comfortably full has me feeling so much healthier. A real change...to be in touch with your stomach's needs...eating because you are truly physically hungry, not to fill an emotional void.
