I was able to get an early copy of this book and after reading it I thought was incredibly interesting! This book does an excellent job breaking down the extremes of human athletic performance. It answers the questions: What's the highest someone can dunk a basketball? What's the fastest a human can run 100m? The author John Brenkus, host of ESPN's Sport Science, does a great job breaking down the science for everybody to understand. I highly recommend this book and its a must read for any sports fan!
