Adderoldt did an excellent job of explaining her tips for perfectionism in this book. Her ironic front cover is somewhat contradictory of her statements. There are extremely useful tips on time and stress management which is addressed in the chapter “Procrastination” She explains the pitfalls of this monster by saying “How can you possibly do a perfect job if you simply don’t have enough time to do it?”
She mentions how this biggest contributor is how you view yourself by asking “Who are you?” Puzzlingly this book has helped me with this issue and I will continue to work on this skill.
