    This is exactly what it states. It's Performance Appraisals for

    This is exactly what it states. It's Performance Appraisals for Dummies. I found the overall majority of the statements in this book of little or no use and it's audience was meant for lower paying jobs where proper verbiage in the appraisal isn't the main focus.

    Received no help from this book. Save your money. I am not a fan of DUMMES books, but thouht I would give it a chance --- big mistake.
