    Menopause

The information and research in this book is so outdated, I am surprised Barnes & Noble is selling it in their book stores. Most of the data is from the 1990's. It is not updated to include the latest research RE: hormone therapies.

    A reviewer

I found this book to be an extremely informative book about all that happens to a woman in Perimenopause. It talked about things I never really connected with this time of life, it made a lot of sense! It included references for further reading but was written in 'plain english'! Would recommend for anyone with questions and concerns. I was researching Hysterectomy and this gave me the info I needed on so many levels. I have recommended this to others going through this fun time of life!
