This is the second book I have bought on this ever-so-slightly-embarrassing topic and whilst it cost roughly the same as the other book, the quality was significantly different, in a good way - surprisingly so in fact.
Whilst it's only been about six weeks since I started following the practices detailed in the book and therefore it's too early to say for sure if I have permanently beaten my chronically recurring BV, so far things are going very well and this is the longest I've been symptom-free since this whole cycle began and I'm very pleased so far.
I can confidently recommend this book to other women who have found themselves in the same situation I have and I can also assure you that believe it or not, there's a good chance that the reason for the recurring symptoms is likely to be one or more of your day-to-day habits.

I was diagnosed with this last year. My GYN gave me 2 different kind of antibiotic to tried. They both worked but the symptoms kept coming back after 2 weeks without failed. This had gone on for almost a year, my GYN couldn't give me a straight answer. I'm glad a friend recommended this book. The information was presented well, in a logical order and very easy to follow. The method was quite simple as well. I'm just glad this is all over.

There are no cures in this book that you can't find online for free. I was so disappointed. No need to purchase, just do an Internet search for natural cures. A waste of money. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
