Over the years, I've been intimidated or frustrated by other "time management" and productivity systems that didn't seem to account for my love of personal tech devices. Back in the day, I was a fanatic PalmPilot user until it became laborious to sync with Outlook; I also appreciated paper planners but didn't like double entry. Now I embrace my iPhone and Google apps and have a good process and method to make the most of my tools. Plus, Maura Thomas really understands that time is a precious resource. We spend it at our discretion. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to be a slave to email and is juggling many details of a busy life.

Highly Recommended - even if you already think you are Productive!

I've always been a list checker. Someone who considers herself productive. But, after reading Personal Productivity Secrets, I found myself even more productive as well as calmer and more in control.

Why? I followed Maura Thomas' advice to heart: clearing out all information from my head, organizing my lists in the suggested formats and maximizing the technology in front of me.

This book helped me move into a deeper, more constant 'proactive' mode, blending my personal and my professional life into one master plan. Maura's approach and advice is helpful to anyone who wants to achieve more results today or bring their dream project to life.
